C-TRAN's paratransit buses are lift-equipped and are available within ¾ mile of C-TRAN bus routes.

Procedures for Paratransit Service

Step 1 - Obtain Application for Paratransit Eligibility by calling Paratransit Service at 678-479-4151.

Step 2 - Complete the Application for Paratransit Eligibility and return in the enclosed envelope provided with the application.

Step 3 - Upon receipt of your completed Application for Paratransit Eligibility, you will be notified in writing of your eligibility and instructions to complete reservations for your C-Tran Paratransit Photo identification. You will also receive a copy of the C-Tran Customer Guide.

Step 4 - After you have received your C-Tran Paratransit Photo Identification, contact a Paratransit Reservationist at 678-479-4151 to schedule a reservation. Reservations are accepted from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., seven (7) days a week. Reservations may be made up to 7 days in advance of a desired trip and until 5:00 p.m. the day proceeding the day of travel.
