  • Gateway Village is a master-planned 165-acre mixed use development which will connect the current 163-acre wooded campus of Clayton State University (CSU) with the nearby 200-acre Reynolds Nature Preserve.

The master plan calls for:

  • Georgia Archives, (existing)
  • Southeast Regional Archives, (existing)
  • Hotel/Conference Center,
  • Office buildings, and
  • Student housing

Recognitions:

  • Recognized by the State of Georgia as a model for the successful collaboration of public and private entities in pursuit of economic development and quality community growth.
  • Received the "Exceptional Merit Award for a Visionary Public-Private Redevelopment Partnership" at the November 21, 2002 Annual Developments of Excellence Awards.
