Public plaza on Broad Street behind the historic storefronts as focal point for mixed-use development to include: new housing and increased retail opportunities.

West Mill Street parking deck to include ground floor retail facing the plaza.

Courthouse County Green

This plan calls for framing the Green in front of the historic county courthouse with a new county administration building and some retail space.
