Development
Authorities of Clayton and Fulton Counties and the City of College

shaping the future of metro Atlanta's southside.
Development
Opportunities:
There
are numerous precedents for the development of business activity
centers adjacent to major airport hubs. Significant examples include:

- Las
Colinas near the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport
- New
International Developments in Hong Kong and South Korea
General
Master Plan:

efforts in the southern portion.
-
The intensity of land use is highest near I-285 with a mixture
